Having my finger on the pulse and knowing what is happening in the market is essential in order for me to give my candidates a true overview of the recruitment landscape and to give sound advice on their next career move. In order for me to give sound advice, it is essential that I really get to know my candidates (both active and passive) to truly understand their motivations and career drivers.
